Sync your Apple Watch with the FitVault app through Apple Health to log your daily steps and calories. Log 10 000 steps per day or burn 300 calories and you will have an active day.


Here’s how it works:

1. Download the FitVault app on your smartphone and follow the instructions to create a profile.

2. Click on "Link a Fitness Device" in the FitVault app. 

3. Click on “Link via Health Kit” in the FitVault app. 

4. Once your device is linked, you will need to sync it each day to earn your active day.
