You simply need to go for your health assessment at any Dis-Chem, Clicks or Multiply-affiliated pharmacy, or at a BASA-approved biokineticist. Make sure you book an appointment, should it be necessary. During a health assessment, the nurse will measure your blood pressure, total cholesterol, glucose, as well as your height, weight and waist circumference. This, together with your gender and age, will be used to calculate your body fat percentage.

Yes, your Healthy Heart Score points are allocated once a year. On Multiply Premier, you can get up to 100 points depending on your Healthy Heart Score.

Healthy Heart Score points do not carry over into the next year. That means you will only get your Healthy Heart Score points allocated when you go for your health assessment in that year.

If your Healthy Heart Score drops, you will not lose points, however your Healthy Heart Score will negatively affect your Momentum product rewards and HealthReturns.

You will get the points awarded for your new Healthy Heart Score, subject to a maximum of 100 points. For example on Multiply Premier, if you go for your health assessment and get an amber Healthy Heart Score, you get 60 points. If you go for another health assessment in the same year and your Healthy Heart Score improves to green, which is worth 70 points, you will be awarded points up to the maximum of 100 points, hence you will get 40 additional points. This totals 100 points for your Healthy Heart Score then.

On Multiply Premier, you get 30 points just for doing your health assessment. You get more points if you score an amber or green Healthy Heart Score, subject to a maximum of 100 points.
Amber – 30 points
Green – 70 points
