How do I claim if Multiply does not phone back or respond to my email?
It’s very simple. You just let us know and state your option to the service agent (who will log the claim). You will receive confirmation of the outcome within 48 hours.
What if I do not have a savings wallet for the cashbacks?
We will make a contribution to the MMI Foundation on your behalf and assist you with getting a Multiply Money facility set up.
Apparently, I can donate the R50?
Yes indeed. You have the choice to donate the R50 to the MMI Foundation Youth Employment initiative which focuses on youth development.
Can I qualify for two commitment claims on one request?
No, unfortunately not. One commitment claim will be processed per service request (this could include a phone call, an email etc.).
Why can’t I choose a charity, why is it compulsory to donate to MMI Foundation?
The MMI Foundation is an independent, non-profit company that integrates the corporate social investment initiatives of MMI Holdings. The foundation was set up to distribute CSI funds to non-profit organisations and institutions working towards the development and empowerment of the broader community.
