    Will there be more apps available?

    We may add new wellness apps each month so the selection may change. 

    Who can get this benefit?

    Only Multiply Premier members. 

    What if I use more than two apps on the curated list?

    You will have to choose one as the cashbacks benefit can only allocated to one app per year. 

    What happens if I recently bought a yearly subscription; will I qualify for the cashbacks?

    If your invoice is dated in the month that the app is listed on the Wellness Apps page on multiply.co.za, and submitted within 30 days, you will qualify for the cashbacks.  

    What happens if I upgrade from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription; will I qualify for the cashbacks? 

    Yes, you will qualify if the upgrade happens during the month that the app was listed on the Wellness Apps page on multiply.co.za and you submit your invoice within 30 days of upgrading. 

    What happens if I use a wellness app that is not on the Wellness Apps list; can I request the cashbacks?

    You may submit proposed apps/partners for cashbacks by emailing [email protected] Keep an eye out the next month, it may be listed!  

    Will I get points for using any of the listed wellness apps?

    No, you will not earn points for using these apps. We will inform you if that changes in the future.
