• Log in to multiply.co.za, go to Rewards > Travel and complete the booking process.
• If you select a specific airline, we’ll show you all available flights based on your search for that airline and other airlines.

• Make sure you have your Multiply membership number or ID number on hand. Remember you only get your Multiply discount if you book through the Multiply website or travel desk and only on selected flights.
• Pay for your booking through the Multiply website or Travel Desk.
• Members who have booked via the Multiply website or Travel Desk will receive their travel itinerary and booking reference number via email.
• Make sure that all details of the travellers are correctly provided (full names and ID numbers) before completing any booking, as these names will be displayed on the booking detail, and needs to match the detail on the travellers’ ID books.
• Change fees will apply to incorrect bookings.
• Remember to take your ID document and voucher/itinerary to the airport when you collect your boarding pass.
• A booking fee of R25 will apply to all domestic flight bookings and a booking fee of R197 will apply to all international flight bookings.
• We will not issue any tax invoices.
• Emirates is an international carrier and a booking fee of R197 will apply.

Using the benefit:

• The discount applies to flights booked for leisure purposes only.
• Flights booked must span a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 12 months.
• If you book Business class flights, then your flight will be counted as two Economy class bookings.
• You may use your status dependent discount on 2 return international tickets per family member per calendar year. Once this limit is reached, you will qualify for a 10% discount.
• Business class booking per annum per member. PLEASE BE ADVISED that this applies to all international Airlines on Multiply, in other words should a Member make use of this option, the Member will be prevented from making use of this option on another Multiply affiliated airline. Members receive 2 (two) economy class international return flights per annum, hence a Members converts 1 (one) business class return per annum. Flights depart only out of South Africa and return to South Africa.
• The discount doesn’t apply to changes on bookings.
• The discounts apply for return flights only. No one-way travel is permitted.
• The discounts above apply to the base fare portion of the ticket and exclude airport tax, insurance charges, tourism levies, courier costs and any other surcharges.
• Members will only qualify for the Multiply discount structure that is based on the service provider’s standard retail rate and not on the provider’s special rate or the travel partner’s special web fare rate.
• The Multiply discounts are only available for certain routes and destinations, according to the specific code share agreements of Emirates.
• Members may contact the Multiply travel desk for the complete list of destinations and routes eligible for Multiply discounts.
• The discounts apply to all cabins.
• Depending on the fare booked tickets may or may not be refundable. If a ticket is refundable it may be at a cost as determined by the specific fare rules of the ticket booked.
• Changes are permitted subject to availability at a cost as determined by the fare rules of the ticket purchased.
• Multiply discounts and ticket prices are non-negotiable. Other travel agent pricing or Emirates specials will not apply when using the Multiply discount.
• The Travel Desk is only open Monday to Friday, from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Does the Multiply discount apply to all Emirates fare classes and types?

The Multiply discount only applies to the base fare portion of the following fare classes and types:

Flex: K, U, B, M, W

Flex Plus: R, E, Y

Business class: C, J

First class: F, A

Saver fare: The Multiply discount will not apply on Emirates Saver fares. 

For Emirates Saver fares, a 5% discount will be applied on fare classes: Q; L; T

No discount is applied to the following fare classes: X, V
