How to get it:

• You must take your green bar-coded ID document and Multiply membership card to the Planet Fitness of your choice.
• When you apply with Planet Fitness please note that you will be asked to:
  • Complete an application form;
  • Provide Planet Fitness with your banking details for the collection of your monthly gym debit order;
  • Pay an administration fee for your access card.

Note that Planet Fitness will collect your monthly debit order on the first of every month. No pro-rata fees will be collected with your first debit order should you have joined Planet Fitness in the middle of the previous month.

Using the benefit:

• The benefit is based on the standard one-year Planet Fitness retail membership rate, which varies by club type and does not apply to any membership specials that Planet Fitness may run.
• A transfer between clubs or a membership downgrade requires an administration fee per transaction determined by Planet Fitness of R200.
• A R125 administration fee will be charged by Planet Fitness and is inclusive of an access tag. The same fee will apply for every tag lost.
